Below is my Beretta 9000S series 9mm in the F configuration which includes double and single action operation and a firing pin block safety, with external frame-mounted manual safety/decocking latches.

The Beretta 9000 is most popular for its use by the character John Anderton (portrayed by Tom Cruise) in the 2002 film Minority Report.

How is it that I missed this thread .

The 9000, which unfortunately I don't have, is probably one of the best compact ever produced by Beretta. I have never understood why they stopped its production.

Anyhow, here is one more Beretta.

Beretta 92G Elite, 9 mm, full size, Brigadier style slide, 17+1 rounds.
The 'G' models are characterized by the decocker only function of external levers (no manual safety).

    Beretta 92 Compact L, 9mm.
Same safety features like the full size 92FS. 13 rounds capacity. In my opinion the best of the 92 pistol series. Unfortunately I have never seen it in the 'G' version.
The new version has a rail for accessories.
